What are your hours?▼
Our office is open Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. On Monday and Tuesday, we have extended hours to accommodate working women.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept cash, checks, Visa, or Mastercard for payments. All co-pays and deductibles are to be paid at the time of the visit. (This is required by most insurance carriers in their contracts.)
Will you file a claim with my insurance company or is that my responsibility?▼
We will file your claim.
How are emergencies handled after hours?▼
We are in a coverage group—a physician is available 24 hours a day.

We see women of all ages, from adolescent to adult.
Are you seeing new patients? How soon can I be seen?▼
Yes, we are accepting new patients. Office visits are available usually within a week for non-emergency care.
Where should I park?▼
Ample parking is available close to the building.
Do I need money to park?▼
There is no charge for parking.
What is your policy for releasing records?▼
Copies of medical records are released with properly signed notification from our patients. Please note there is a fee for copying records.
Do you have a nurse on call if I have questions after I leave?▼
During business hours nurses return calls as needed.
Do you charge for a "no-show?"▼
We no longer charge for repetitive no shows.

Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?▼
We do not ask patients to arrive early for their appointments, but if you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment time you may have to reschedule.
What insurance plans are you affiliated with?▼
We currently accept most major payers including Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MA, Blue Shield/Rhode Island, Tufts Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan, Mass Health, Mass Health Steward, Wellsense, Tricare, and many more smaller plans, please call the office if you don't see your insurance on the list.
