Dr. McNamara is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of ACOG (American College of Gynecology). He received his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington, DC.

He completed his residency training at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola, NY and joined Gyn Ob Associates in 2013 after completing his training on Long Island, NY.

Dr. McNamara enjoys taking care of women throughout the course of their lives, including pregnancy and beyond. He is particularly interested in high-risk prenatal care as well as minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Dr. McNamara enjoys rooting for the Boston sports teams along with his wife and their 3 energetic children.
